Who we are
RecipeGlobe ("the app") is developed by Ain Malik. This policy explains how the app handles information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location. Some information is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us:
- Recipes you mark as favourites
- Your shopping list
- Your language preference
This data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Advertising
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads, full-screen ads and optional reward ads that unlock a recipe. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, general device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with ads. This processing is carried out by Google and governed by Google's policies: How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
Children
RecipeGlobe is a general-audience cooking app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Internet access
The app needs an internet connection to load ads and recipe photos. Recipe text is included in the app.
